Vivian Alene D’Aubigne
dont play games with the girl;
who can play them better
Something was going on with Vivian that never happened, she was bored. Vivian Alene D’Aubigne was bored. It just didn’t happen, Vivian always had something going on, but today she didn’t. Today everyone seemed to be gone, she hadn’t even glanced upon someone she knew as her driver drove down the strip, which was odd, seeing as Vivian always saw people, people who wanted her autograph, wanted a picture with her, and well wanted her, not that anyone could blame them Vivian was on of the richest heiresses in Hollywood and many people could kill for that, and at times did kill for that.
Vivian pulled our her compact from the inside of her Michael Kors Astor Grommet Tote to check and make sure her hair and make-up appeared perfect. She didn’t spend hours getting plucked and powdered and tugged in the morning to look anything less than perfect, and if she did someone was fired. Closing her compact with a firm click Vivian looked out the window, it looked like a beautiful day outside, the air didn’t look too muggy and the tourists weren’t out in their usual hordes, but the day was young.
Vivian rolled down the black privacy screen provided in her father’s limo so she could speak to the driver, as soon as he saw the screen begin to descend the driver automatically looked back, awaiting instructions he knew he was about to receive: “Driver could you pull over, I’ll call you when I want you to come and get me.”
Opening the door before the limo had even come to a complete stop Vivian stuck her foot out of the car about to step out, but thought better of it, if she fell it would no doubt end up displayed across the tabloid stands by mid afternoon. After the Limo came to a complete stop Vivian stepped out with her Black KORS Michael Kors Altitude Wedge Boot even though it was mid summer Vivian still loved to wear boots, to her it didn’t matter the time of year boots were always in fashion. Especially when they were matched with her favorite pair of seven destroy washed jeans, and black lace corset top, it made her feel pretty especially with the feel of her golden blonde hair hitting her back as she walked.
Closing the Limo’s door behind her Vivian reached into her bag and pulled out her pair of Ella Coach sunglasses and placed them on the perch of her nose Somehow the world had looked so much dimmer inside her fathers limo. Watching the Limo pull away from the curb Vivian looked around, now that she was out of the limo and into the “bright world” she still didn’t know what to do, but she summed that it was better than sitting in the back seat of a limo all day until she gave up and went home, to were the two terrors were. She really didn’t want to deal with her step-monster, and step-sister from hell, she had better things she could do like be bored.
Vivian looked across the street and saw Brinsdall art park, she hadn’t been there since she was a little girl with her mom when she was in her art phase and wanted to acquire the next big things greatest masterpiece, she normally did, which was why D’Aubigne Inc. and the mansion was covered in exquisite artwork. Vivian’s step-mother often times wanted to sell it, saying that it was a horrible reminder to her because it made her feel as if she was being compared, she was, and she was failing, miserably.
Looking both ways, Vivian made her way across the road, she might be an heiress but she wasn’t stupid, she knew that nine times out of ten Paparrazzi would be parked somewhere see you walking across the street and drive ridiculously fast towards you just to scare you and get a shot for the tabloid, her mother had taught her that, so therefore Vivian always looked both way before she crossed to street, so she could mentally take note of where the “cars” were parked and if there was anyone in them.
Making it across the street with no “run ins” Vivian proceeded to enter the park, today it seemed they were having an art show, but even if Vivian wasn’t on the guest list, she would be added to the VIP just because of who her mother and father were. Making it towards the entrance the bouncer smiled towards her showing her a smile of yellow crooked teeth, trying her very hardest not the grimace Vivian smiled back and took the pass he was already handing out to her, thank you mommy and daddy she mentally thought
Browsing around the park Vivian couldn’t help but let a genuine smile through, she had been here so many times as a girl, but after her mother’s death she had refused to go, thinking that the memories would be too painful, the memories weren’t painful, they were warm, full of laughs, and of all the good times the pair had shared, she had been so close to her mother, and now that she was gone it was like a piece of Vivian had been taken, a piece that only a few could tell was missing, but still a piece
