"Teen found gruesomely murdered in the early morning, the suspect is unknown; evidence has not been located at this point of time."
Ashbury Institute, established in the year of eighteen forty-two (1842) by Mister Ezekial Ashbury himself. The Institute was an asylum of sorts. But only certain types of people were forced to come to this contained facility. When a person showed signs of multiple personalities or voices in their head, you were normally shipped there. It was a place for teens with this "problem" to come and be safe (though they all knew it was for the people around them's protection) and still learn.

Nothing's really changed about Ashbury since the day it was started centuries ago, its still a school where teens who suffer from multiple personality disorder and/or schizophrenia are shipped off to. The institute is still run and owned by the Ashbury family, a career passed down through generation after generation, kids are still sent here against their will most times to learn and keep other's safe. But the kids are changing, their ideas, their logics...they're getting more and more rebellious. The staff of the school is getting more and more careless. But no one on the outside knows. To the passersby, it seems like just another insane asylum filled with, most likely, dangerous people. Its a place of mystery. With frosted-over and barred up windows, a high, thick brick wall...no one comes in except for new arrivals, and certainly no one leaves except for a staff member or two.
The school's perfectly safe, right? That's what the townsfolk in Colestown are always asking. No one could break out, right?
So what happens when some of the teens start to find ways out?
chaos. havoc.
Here at Ashbury, you never know who might snap and who might be found dead next. So all I can say to you is, come on through our gates, but watch your back. Be wary of your friends—you never know who you can trust, and you never know who's got the weapon in their hands. |
